1. Prices - Prices shown are current as of catalog date and are subject to change without notice. Prices billed will be those in effect at time of shipment. For the most current prices, please call or write our Customer Service Deptartment.
2. Telephone Orders - We accept most telephone orders. If your firm also sends written confirmation, they must be marked "Confirmation Order". Otherwise, we can not be held responsible for duplicate shipments.
3. Credit Terms - New customers are granted credit based upon acceptance of our credit terms; Net 30 Days. New customers must fill out the credit application and mail/fax the application to us. If this is inconvenient and you wish to expedite your order, please send remittance with your order.
4. Terms - Net 30 Days, subject to credit approval, or C.O.D.
5. Freight Charges and Claims - Orders are shipped "Freight Prepaid" and shipping charges are added to the invoice. Upon request or when necessary, DPPI will ship "Freight Collect", F.O.B. shipping point, and the carrier will expect to collect freight charges upon delivery. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made immediately on "Freight Prepaid" or with the carrier on "Freight Collect" shipments.
6. Product Return Policy - All items to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling us at +1 (904) 249-3545. The returned products must be in unused condition and in original packaging in order to receive credit towards future purchases. DPPI does not and will not give cash refunds. No product can be returned to DPPI after 30 days from its shipment date. Returns are subject to restocking charges as follows:

Custom Orders: These items are made specifically for the order and "can not" be returned.

Special Orders: These items are ordered specifically for the order and require a 50% restocking charge.

All Other Items: 15% restocking charge if returned within 30 days from shipment date.
7. Guarantee - All products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Repair or Replacement, without charge, will be made on products found to be defective at our factory. After returned "Freight Prepaid" of such products to our factory within one year from date of purchase. This guarantee is in lieu of and excluded all other guarantees, expressed or implied. DPPI shall not be liable for any consequential damages or for expense resulting from use of defective products, or products incorrectly used or installed. Return freight will be billed from our factory.
8. Orders are subject to acceptance by Dwyer Precision Products, Inc.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for delayed deliveries for causes beyond our control.
10. The term "DPPI" used within the above Terms and Conditions and throughout this website is an abbreviation for "Dwyer Precision Products, Inc."
